2. Estimates and Pricing

• Final pricing may change if actual property conditions differ from those described.
• Additional services requested during or after a visit may result in additional charges.
• We will communicate pricing changes whenever reasonably possible before performing additional work.
• Estimates do not guarantee future pricing unless stated in writing.

3. Scheduling and Property Access

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Secure pets before scheduled service visits
• Remove vehicles, toys, hoses, and other obstacles that may interfere with service
• Ensure gates are unlocked or access instructions are provided

If we cannot safely access the property, a rescheduling fee or service charge may apply.

4. Recurring Services

For recurring maintenance plans:

• Service frequency will be agreed upon when service begins.
• Visit dates may change due to weather, seasonal conditions, holidays, or operational needs.
• We may adjust scheduling while maintaining the agreed service frequency whenever possible.
• Customers may pause or cancel recurring services with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
• Weather conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

6. Property Conditions and Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to lawns, landscaping, irrigation systems, fences, driveways, or other property
• Hidden hazards such as rocks, roots, sprinkler heads, utility lines, debris, or underground obstacles
• Damage resulting from unsafe or inaccessible property conditions
• Plant damage or loss caused by weather, drought, disease, insects, pests, or previous maintenance practices

Customers are responsible for informing us of any known hazards before service begins.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may result in delayed or suspended services.
• We may require a valid payment method to remain on file for recurring services.
• Service pricing may be updated with advance notice.

8. Satisfaction and Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with a service:

• Please notify us within a reasonable time after the service is completed.
• We may inspect the issue and, when appropriate, provide a corrective visit.
• Any remedy is limited to correcting the service when reasonably possible.
• Because landscaping is affected by weather, soil, irrigation, and other natural conditions, we cannot guarantee specific aesthetic results.
